Alfa Romeo returns to F1 with Sauber

For the first time in 30 years the Alfa Romeo name will be seen on an F1 car.
This is good news for the Sauber team, as it will bring them closer to Ferrari.
Alfa Romeo is after all part of the Fiat-Ferrari family.

Sauber drivers Marcus Eriksson and Charles Leclerc will be driving the car in the 2018 F1 season.
Leclerc is the current F2 champion and has previosly driven practice sessions for the team.
This leaves Pascal Wehrlein without a seat next year.
Third driver for next year will be Antonio Giovinazzi.
